Riley Keough’s daughter, whose name Tupelo has a special hidden meaning, made a rare appearance in mom’s video
Riley Keough has had a rough time in the last few years. After losing her brother in 2020, she lost her mother last year. Keough, who is an actress, had little time to mourn as she had to make sure her mother’s funeral was held as she had intended.
During all of this, the 35-year-old keeps her personal life away from the media. So it was during her mother’s funeral that she revealed that she had become a mother. The only way this fact came out was during her husband’s speech at the occasion which revealed that before her death, Lisa Marie Presley had become a grandmother.
Now, almost two years after her death, Keough is embarking on a major journey. Keep reading to learn more about all of this.
In a rare instance, Riley Keough posted a video of her daughter Tupelo Storm Smith-Petersen on Instagram. In the adorable video shared on the social media app, the little girl can be seen copying her mother’s actions, as the latter signs pictures.
In the video, Keough can be seen signing pictures black-and-white nostalgic photos of herself with her late mother. As the camera pans down, little Tupelo can be seen mimicking her mother and ‘signing’ the picture with a brown marker. Since Tupelo is only two years old, she can only manage some scribbles. But her proud mom was quick to tell her followers something important. She wrote in the caption, “A few of you might just get a very exclusive, special edition copy of ‘FROM HERE TO THE GREAT UNKNOWN’ signed by Tupelo.”
While Tupelo’s face is not visible in the video, you can see her blonde curls and white shirt. The little girl also has a diaper on in the video.
