RETRIBUTION TikToker Finds Out Racist Commentator Works For The Navy And Plans To Expose Him! “Be Careful What You Do On Social Media”

In late August 2025, a TikToker began documenting his efforts to identify and expose a racist troll who left slurs on his livestream. The content creator successfully traced the individual, discovered he worked for the U.S. Navy, and announced his intent to report the commentator to his employer. 
What happened
  • Livestream hate speech: While live-streaming, the TikToker received multiple racist comments from a user.
  • Internet detective work: Instead of ignoring the troll, the TikToker used information available online to track down the person’s identity and employment.
  • Navy employee identified: The investigation revealed the commentator was an employee of the U.S. Navy. The TikToker posted a video informing his followers of this discovery, though he chose not to share the individual’s face or other personal details, preferring that the man face repercussions from his employer.
  • Call for accountability: The TikToker stated his intention to report the individual to the Navy and reminded followers to “be careful what you do on social media”. 
Consequences for military members
This incident is not the first time a military member has faced consequences for social media activity. Service members are subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and military policies regarding online conduct.
