Despite drawing disapproving glances from some of the other parents, this fitness enthusiast has refused to conform to societal norms.

She’s the braless mom who’s making waves on the sidelines of her son’s football games.

@Fitlatina40, a personal trainer and social media influencer, has caused quite a stir by refusing to wear a bra to the matches.

According to her, she’s faced stares from men and sneers from other moms, but that hasn’t stopped her from embracing her body and defying societal norms.

In fact, she even posted a video on social media before heading to the game, knowing that it would raise some eyebrows.

As the video played, the mother flashed a beaming smile and confidently brushed her hair back.

The clip, which has garnered over 18,000 likes on social media, captured the mom’s unapologetic spirit as she made her way to her son’s football game.

With each step, she defied societal expectations and refused to let anyone else dictate how she should dress or behave.

In the text overlay, she described what she knew was going to happen at the event, writing:
