Justin Baldoni Dropped By Talent Agency Following Blake Lively Lawsuit Over Harassment And ‘Smear Campaign’

Justin Baldoni has been dropped by his talent agency, WME, following a lawsuit filed by his co-star, Blake Lively, over alleged on-set harassment during the filming of It Ends With Us (2024). Lively accuses Baldoni of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. The lawsuit, which came after rumors of tension on set, alleges Lively faced inappropriate discussions, unwanted explicit content, and emotional distress. She also claims Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios tried to tarnish her reputation.

Baldoni’s attorney denied the allegations, calling them “categorically false” and accusing Lively of trying to repair her public image after the film’s poor reception. He also claimed Lively had threatened to boycott the film’s promotion unless her demands were met, leading Wayfarer Studios to hire a crisis manager. Baldoni’s team argues the lawsuit is a retaliatory move to deflect blame for the film’s underperformance.
