Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan are far from an ordinary couple. For over 35 years, they have shared a beautiful life together, navigating numerous challenges, including Michael’s long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Yet, through it all, their love has only deepened.

Recently, on their 35th wedding anniversary, Michael took to social media to express his profound love and gratitude for Tracy. Sharing heartfelt photos of their journey, he thanked her for 35 years filled with “laughter, living, listening, and loving,” ending his message with a touching declaration: “Thank you for everything. I’m yours forever, Mike.” Tracy, clearly moved by his tribute, responded with, “Love you so much!!!” On her own Instagram, she echoed the sentiment, looking forward to more adventures together. Their public exchanges were a glimpse into the genuine affection and connection they continue to nurture.

Their love story began in 1988 when they met on the set of Family Ties, where Tracy played the girlfriend of Michael’s character. Their professional collaboration extended to the film Bright Lights, Big City, and soon, their on-screen chemistry blossomed into real life. They married on July 16, 1988, and together raised four children: Sam, Aquinnah, Schuyler, and Esmé.

In 1991, Michael was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at just 29 years old. This life-altering news could have been devastating, but with Tracy by his side, Michael found the strength to confront it head-on. Tracy became his steadfast support, offering unwavering care during the hardest moments of their journey together.
